The Joy Of Being

Living in joyful harmony with life is not that difficult at all. What can be difficult is getting away from the negative patterns that have become so comfortable and familiar.
It helps when you can remind yourself often of who you are and who you are not. You are not your problems or your pleasures, and are not the collection of material objects and concerns that surround you.
You are the awareness that can find meaning and bring out purpose in it all. You are the experience of being alive and the wisdom that is able to rise above the commotion.
The negativity you wish to escape is with you only as long as you hold on to it. Can you choose to let it fall cleanly away from you?
Of course you can, and the question to ask yourself is this. When will you?
Remember that you are more than anything that could bring you down. Let go, and let the joy of being rise peacefully to the surface.

Butterfly....Butterfly

Hoping to catch your eye
Circling around you, oh my
Butterfly, butterfly, come into the light
Oh, what a beautiful sight
Flying so gracefullyInto the sky, the butterfly
Trying to catch a butterfly
Fly, fly, fly, butterfly
There he sets upon the mums
I'm having so much funHere's another on the sill
Your standing so still
You go to touch him
There he goes, the butterfly
I hear a tapping on the window
It's the butterfly, fly, fly, fly
There he goes into the sky
Flying so high, the butterfly
I'll see you another day
Butterfly, butterfly, away

Friends the real meaning....

Meaning of Friendship

You know you have a friend for life when they answer the phone at one in the morning because you can't sleep and have a lot on your mind, and they don't mind talking about nothing to get your mind off everything. They spare some time to spend with you. When you know that if something bad happened to you they'd be there for you, no questions asked. When you can look at them when some thing is wrong and they know it just by the look in their eyes and all they have to do is offer a hug and you feel a thousand times better. When you know that they'd never lie to you, and would never hurt you and if they did it would only be for your betterment. They can make you laugh when skies are the darkest, and they're there with a good movie and some popcorn when you're totally depressed. And even if you're a thousand miles apart, it doesn't matter because what you share with this friend is so much deeper then what lies on top that distance plays no role in your friendship.
Friendship is when they push when you need it, but never too hard; and stand back when the time is right but never to far. And the true test of friendship is if you're willing to do it all back in a heartbeat. When you're life is so much better because you know them, and they bring out the best that lies within.

The Four Agreements

People do yourself a favour and read this book, its the best book i have ever read! You wont regret it, i dont regret it, it has changed my life in so many ways that you cannot believe, in my heart my soul in my body! I feel really good about myself ever since i read this book!

In this powerful book that has remained on The New York Times Bestseller List for over five years, don Miguel reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering. When we are ready to change these agreements, there are four deceptively simple, yet powerful agreements that we can adopt as guiding principles. The Four AgreementsTM offer a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love.

Everything we do is based on agreements we have made - agreements with ourselves, with other people, with God, with life. But the most important agreements are the ones we make with ourselves. In these agreements we tell ourselves who we are, how to behave, what is possible, what is impossible. One single agreement is not such a problem, but we have many agreements that come from fear, deplete our energy, and diminish our self-worth."

1. Be Impeccable With Your Word Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
3. Don't Make Assumptions Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
4. Always Do Your Best Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

Exercise program for the week

The Doctor told me I should start an exercise program. Not wanting to harm this old body, I've devised the following:

Beat around the bush Jump to conclusions
Climb the walls
Wade through the morning paper

Drag my heels
Push my luck
Make mountains out of mole hills
Hit the nail on the head

Bend over backwards
Jump on the Band Wagon
Run around in circles

Advise the President on how to run the country
Toot my own horn
Pull out all the stops
Add fuel to the fire

Open a can of worms
Put my foot in my mouth
Start the ball rolling
Go over the edge

SATURDAY
Pick up the pieces.

Kneel in prayer
Bow my head in thanksgiving
Uplift my hands in praise
Hug someone and encourage them
What a Workout!

Has this ever happened to you?

Who has not had a day like this, I think every one had a bad day like this, what do you do, gosh ask the person next to you (if in public toilet)? Or if you at home and your all alone what would you do? HAHAHAHA I would probably ran to find toilet paper that’s if there’s no one there, other wise I guess I would sit and wait till there is someone in the house or public bathroom.

Ali G's Driving Tips

Tip 1 - Make sure your car is safe
You is gonna lose marks if ya car is a wreck. May I suggest you get an MOT first (Me mate Dave will sell ya one for ?20 - Just tell 'im Ali said). Also, make sure all 8 of ya speakers is workin' at there best be carefull that the clutch pedel don't damage that 20" bass bin). Tinted windows and UV lights may also win you marks wid the instructer.

Tip 2 - Make sure its safe for you to drive
Its a well known fact that if you is a woman (thats 1 in 2 people in the UK), you will not be able to drive. Batty men shouldn't drive either.

Tip 3 - Drinking and Driving
You should never drink drive (not even if its rainin'). You could 'it a bump an' spill ya drink - Aye. No, me is messin', don't do it.

Tip 4 - Listen for your Instructer
If you can hear your instructer shouting at you, then your music aint loud enough you is probably listening to the wrong music, may I suggest Drum and Bass or Rap.

Tip 5 - Use the proper equipment
When your instructer asks you to start the car, remember that you is supposed to use the proper key, not a screwdriver.

Tip 6 - Changing Gears
This is an important part of drivin' and I hope you is payin' attention. There are two main gears you will use, thats 4 and 5. I suggest using 5th in residental areas, and 4th if you is driving on a field or somthin'.

Tip 7 - Breaking and Corners
Breaking and corners 'ave alot in common. You need to be usin' the handbreak for both.

Tip 8 - Correct Signaling
Remember that the horn and headlights aint just for gettin' the attention of that bitch wid the short skirt. They is best used to cuss at other drivers if they is goin' too slow (ie 90 mph).

Tip 9 - Advanced warning signs and Speed limits
I aint sure what these things are. You can make about ?30 stealing them though. AYE!

Tip 10 -
Dat's it, you is now a safe driver. You will be able to spend hours sat in the carpark at MFI wid da Drum and Bass pumpin out.

Wicked!

I Was Wrong

I thought I had this world figured out,
I thought I understood,
I thought that nothing could go wrong,
I guess I was wrong,

I know have found my true love,
I know we will never break apart,
But things were said,
Hearts were broken,

I'm happy, I'm Sad,
I'm Confused, I'm mad,
I wish i could live, yet i wish i could die,
I cant stop laughing, i want to cry

I want to repair, I need to repair, I have to repair,
Forgive me for what i have done,
For my love for you are so true
Your my picture perfect,
Your image is the best of all!

I love you, with all i have, with all i can give.
Your my everything, and forever shall you be.

iPod's in or out

I truly believe that iPod's is a waste of total money. I dont want you guys think of it but its a load of crap. My boss got his 13 year old boy a iPod for his birthday. Now I had to sit and figure out a way (i have never seen a iPod, touched an iPod) how to work it, load music on it load software on it, hey and i did it, but what i cannot understand what would a young child like that have an iPod to play with! Its stupid for me! I dont like it i think its one of the most expensive load of crap they ever invented!

Fast and Furious

What is your favorite Car and explain why you love it so much? Mine is the Honda Accord, i just love the way it looks and looks soooooo comfortable and its fast!

Only You

Only you can build me up When the world has torn me down I can always find your warm presence When it seems no one else is around I constantly find myself dreaming of your touch The way your smooth hands runs softly down my cheek And just the thought of your enticing kiss Makes me quiver and I suddenly get weak I can still feel your body protected in my arms And I can still sense the sweet smell of your hair But each passing moment that I live without you The more the strings of my heart begin to tear But as we meet again, and I gaze into your eyes All my pain and sorrow is put at ease Then our bodies embrace with passion Uniting with a warm and gentle squeeze I can't believe one of God's greatest creations Was bestowed upon me from above And how someone I've know for so little Could allow me to feel so much love I now know that finding you was my purpose in life And though troubles are destined to arise As long as our hearts are entangled as one We'll soar above our problems and into the skies There's only one guy that fulfills me, both in body and mind One guy that showers me with these feelings so true There's only one guy I'll love, both now and forever There's only one guy for me, only you.
